寒假期间，请留校同学严格遵守以下管理规定：

During the winter vacation, students staying on campus must strictly comply with the following regulations:

日常打卡

每2天需到所住宿舍楼值班室扫码签到，报告安全情况。

Daily Check-in

Report your safety status by scanning the code at the dormitory service office every 2 days.

宿舍抽查

宿舍管理员每周将随机抽查房间不少于3次，请积极配合。

Dormitory Inspection

The dormitory management will conduct random room checks no less than 3 times per week. Your cooperation is required.

纪律要求

严禁留宿外来人员；保持安静，不得喧哗吵闹。

Disciplinary Requirements

It is strictly forbidden to host outsiders or create excessive noise in the dormitory.

消防安全

注意用电安全，不私拉电线，不使用违规电器，严禁在宿舍内使用明火。

Fire Safety Requirements

Use electricity safely. Do not connect illegal wiring, use prohibited appliances, or light open flames in the dormitory.

寒假期间，老师可能无法随时在办公室值班。如有事务需要联系，建议优先通过微信等线上方式沟通。紧急情况请及时联系宿舍管理员。

During the holiday, teachers may not be available in the office at all times. Please contact them preferably through WeChat or other online channels. For emergencies, please reach out to the dormitory staff promptly.

请同学们合理安排假期生活，注意安全。
